All customers must register and make full payment 24 hours before the start of the booking for the discounted rate. All arrivals on the day without completing registrations online will be charged a ‘drop in session fee’ and will need to register online before the following week. After attending 3 ‘drop in sessions’ you will be asked if you would like to join membership, unless under the age of 6 {membership is required after 3 sessions}. Registrations must be applied online prior to the session via email or using our online booking service. Card payments can be made for drop in sessions online using a smart phone, or cash. If payment has not been made, you will be asked to leave. Payments for drop in sessions are required before the start of the session.
You are not to park in Elsworthy terrace. You are not to drop litter in any area of participation. You are to pick up your child on time. You are to abide by PRIMROSE HILL SOCCER ACADEMY code of conduct and our policies. FAILURE to follow these rules could result in you losing your place at the soccer club. If any sessions are cancelled due to an act of God, we will not be providing credit nor refund. We do not refund. If granted through discretion, there will be a 20% service fee applied. By completing or signing this form you are also agreeing to our Covid-19 liability waiver.
If your child is a league player they must be registered for all three terms over the course of the year. Failure to register or attend training will result in them losing their place in their team. League players will be closely monitored by their coach for the attendance, punctuality and behaviour.
If your child has been selected to play in two different leagues within the same season and there are clashes, fees will not be reimbursed. If you fail to attend more than three matches, and fixtures have been unfulfilled as a result, players will be fined (cost of the fine issued by the league, plus referee fees for both teams – this can vary) and removed. Bubble players will be used to replace them.
If a league player registers/transfers to another club, they will be detached from all teams registered within the academy, without reimbursement.
